- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Marketing fees are based on a fixed monthly rate determined by minimum of one hour of work each day and varies depending on the amount of marketing channels managed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we must discuss your goals, target audiences, and existing online marketing strategies. From there we will determine benchmarks to reach on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. After the initial planning and competitive analysis stage, I will create a marketing plan tailored to your goals and execute the plan on a daily basis using a variety of management and automation software. Also, daily emphasis on listening and engaging with your customers will help uncover potential opportunities and weaknesses. Finally, I will use analytical tools to make sure your goals are being reached and optimize the marketing plan based on the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Batchelor’s if Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Digital Marketing from Old Dominion University and technical certifications in Google Analytics.
