FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our estimates are absolutely free of charge. We offer a 10% discount to active and non active military vets we also try to stay and work within people's budgets. I do charge for extras that is added from the customer that is not in the original quote. Our prices are definitely affordable and we try to make our schedule as flexable as possible for our customers conveniance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't give a quote unless I see in person and walk through with the customer of the work that needs to be done. We discuss options, materials, what's needed, how we work to get the job done. Then I ask questions I need and answer any questions the customer may have. Then I either leave the quote right then and there or I go home and work with the numbers more and then email or text them their quote. Then wait for their response as to if we got the job or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had 2 years of hands on training working for a painting company in Indiana. That was before I was even allowed to hold a brush. Then for 5 years I had hands on training with the brush and roller. I was also thought how to cut in and trim out. Ive been doing it ever since.
