- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing remains affordable as I continue to gain experience. I am willing to take installment payments, and often times have a deal for the month going on! Feel free to message me about any questions, including pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I don't want there to be any question about what you want done. Then we'll speak about what to wear, what to bring, pricing, etc. If more discussion is needed or you are setting up an event I will meet with you over a good cup of coffee (or tea!), and finally the photoshoot on the set date will occur.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience with customer service through retail services, experience with children through babysitting (and having 7 siblings doesn't hurt ;)), and I have recieved training from local photographers all over North Carolina.
