Introduction: I stand out as an honest, quality electrician. I spend alot of time on service calls and estimates. I see the guy who was there before me telling the customer that his/her problem is much bigger than it really is, trying to sell and make the quick buck. We believe that if you're honest and reasonably priced, our customers will come back and possibly refer us, and that is very important, knowing that your customers were satisfied.
I enjoy meeting new people whom I can help, resolving a problem quickly, and being efficient. I like to treat customers the way I would want to be treated under the same circumstances, to be informed, and treated special. One of the best parts of this job is customer satisfaction.
