Mike has done work for us on 2 separate occasions. His remodeling work is outstanding but even better than that is the fact that he shows up EVERY day and ON TIME. He arrives at 8 am and if he's going to be more than 15 late he calls. That kind of punctuality is hard to find in the construction/remodeling business.
Mike has great ideas and expertise. He was a constant resource to us in all aspects of the job. Great remodeler, hard working, punctual and friendly. Mike is the total package.

2 contractors responded, first one never called back. 2nd one called and reduced his price and said he would do it Saturday...but then cancelled
And said Monday morning between 7:30-8:00 am. After waiting a few hours we called
And he said he had truck problems but said he would be there when he got his truck running. A few hours later, we contacted him and he said he wasn't going to make it. Wasted 2 days of our time.
