What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique, and will require a different investment. We do offer a military discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends on the size, and scope of the project. Larger projects will require more steps, such as estimating, design/planning, selections, bidding, permitting, building, and finalizing. Where as smaller projects can be started, and completed with much less steps. Whether it’s a new client, or a repeat client, the process starts with a smile, and a handshake, and ends with a smile, and a handshake.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 17 years experience in the home improvement industry. I hold a class A license with the state of Virginia I am lead paint certified I am OSHA certified
