What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The biggest thing is to make sure the company you are dealing with has its NC Alarm license. They will have a number that has CSA in it. It is illegal in the state to do business without this license. A basic background check does not qualify. Plus you would want the company to have liability insurance. If your property is damaged or something happens and the company is not legal or a guy just doing work on the side, then you will be responsible for the damages. Better safe than sorry.
