What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a convenient appointment to assess what the customer needs an wants from there project. We want to hear what there reasons for the project are and offer professional opinion of how and what we can do to make it even better. But ultimately we want a customer to be comfortable with us before committing to use our services.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Journeyman union carpenter General foreman. And this is all I have ever done.
