I was hesitant to go with All Slope as they provided an estimate by photograph alone without coming to look at it in person. However, I needed to have some shingles replaced following a nasty wind storm and could not assess the extent of the damage myself as I have no way of getting to the top of my two-story house. The other roofers I tried to work with were either very slow to respond, didn't respond at all or were "too busy" to take on such a small job. So I hired All Slope.
The All Slope crew was prompt - in fact, they arrived 15 minutes early for the scheduled appointment and though there seemed to be some confusion as to what they were there to fix, they got right to work once that was cleared up and completed the job efficiently. They even found a couple of other spots that were in need of repair that couldn't be seen from ground level and fixed those too - at no extra cost for labor (I provided the materials). In addition, the total repair ended up being less than I was originally quoted. So while I had reservations in the beginning, I am happy with the result.
I will definitely call All Slope first the next time I need a roofing repair job!
