FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system because every single person's goals, circumstances, and obstacles are unique and different from one another. I create custom packages based on your assessment and prioritize accordingly. I work with you on a budget and we explore areas to reallocate funds and get your health/wealth back, or for the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a Health and Wellness Assessment where I learn all about a new client with subjective and objective questions including but not limited to: goals, medical, exercise, and diet history, work, family, and social life, and obstacles. We assess how your body moves with the Functional Movement Screen (everyone can do this). We evaluate the current state of your diet, exercise, and wellness. We address the areas of deficiency and prioritize. We make a goal(s) and unique plan for reaching your goal(s). We decide, commit, and take action.
