- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, there are too many variables in our industry to offer standard pricing. An example would be ceramic tiles vs natural stone tiles. This would require two different solutions and are cleaned with different techniques. Are they sealed or not sealed, needs stripped or honed?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We feel it is most beneficial to first schedule an appointment to inspect the potential project. This practice best serves the customer and meeting their expectations. It provides Ameri-Clean HSR LLC the opportunity to not only meet you, but give a more accurate quote with square footage and other variables that may need to be discussed prior to any work being started.

We have Advanced Training in Multi-Surface Cleaning as well as hands-on training.
