- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will initially visit with the client to determine and get a feel for the clients taste and what they like before planning a menu. After client is satisfied then we will confirm a price for the event.

Personal Chef for over 20 years. Clients of Indian Hill, Maderia Ohio and Hyde Park, Ohio .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Studied at Cincinnati State Culinary Institute. Studied and did apprenticeship at the Cincinnati Playboy Club, Cincinnati Ohio. Chef at Rusconis Restaurant for 7 years. Private Chef in Indian Hill for 18 years.
