I have an 8-month old shiba inu dog, and I had it with us for couple of months before sending to board training. Before the training, he is a stubborn hyper dog that likes to bite people finger, jump on people, pull the leashes, having potty accident in the house... Ashley from Pawsitive Care has the fastest response after I posted my request. First couple of days after the dog was on board, Ashley can provide adequate assessment of the problem and what needs to be improved. As a result, my "new" dog is much calmer and engaged with us, no jump on people, don't bite finger when we try to pet him. He knows to take potty every time when we let him in the back yard, before was easy to be distracted to play around and came in the house without potty then accident happened... I wish I have sent the dog to them for training earlier, they know what they are doing. I'm so pleased with the results!

Ashley took the time to visit with me and meet our animals, and surprisingly, winning over our scared little rescue dog very quickly. She has presented a professional approach to the services I will need and has demonstrated the knowledge of care I am looking for...I look forward to using her services for my pets in the near future.

We have used this service for over 3 years. we have 4 dogs- 2 are just under 2 years old and the other 2 are seniors. They are all uber spoiled. We have use the services extensively pet sitting/walking, boarding and day care. They have always accommodated us. Daily pictures are fantastic. we trust Ashley 100% with our babies . Not one issue ever!

Hands down the best pet care I've ever experienced! Ashley is so kindhearted and friendly. I truly believe she was born to take care of animals. My dog sits at the door and waits for his walks everyday. He jumps up and down before she can even get to the front door. I also travel a great deal and have used their wonderful boarding services and doggie daycare as well. She sends great pics of my dog playing when I'm away and even sends pics of him on his regular walks. It so comforting knowing that he's in her hands when I'm not there.
