- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have "base" pricing, that flexes with the scenario in question. For example, we'll charge a certain amount for a single day rental, and as the rental period expands, we apply multi-day discounts. This is why we do not publish our rental rates online as they can vary greatly based on need, duration of use and logistics re: delivery, tending, breakdown and pickup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that customers either call us or request a quote through our website (BergstenMusic.com) with details on the event and a general list of what kind of equipment is required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience renting backline (instruments), sound and lighting services to New England & beyond. All of our staff has extensive training in sound engineering, instrument care & upkeep, and light design.
