  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I got into fitness by doing the Spartan Races. Once I did my first race I was hooked on getting better and better. I started going to the gym and weight trained. My trainer helped me fall in love with fitness and myself that I wanted to help others find love with fitness.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I use to be overweight because I did not combine physical activity with my healthy eating. I ate organically yet I never had the strength to do much. There is always a balance between nutrition and exercise. You can't just do one. You have to do both if you want the results you want.
