Sealcoated my parking lot, Striped and Beautiful! I have seen other jobs done by other so called professionals.... This was the BEST work and FAST I recommend ANYONE needing work done use Blacktop NW. You will be happy!

Frank, at Blacktop NW, re-coated our driveway and resurfaced the water berm to work better. He also did my neighbors driveway at the same time and made sure the water berm for both houses worked together. It looks better than new. Franks work was clean, neat and fast. I highly recommend Blacktop NW for anyone who needs asphalt work.

I had Blacktop NW resurface a long flag lot driveway - $16K worth of work. The driveway looks great but they broke one sprinkler head and even though they knew about it did not repair it and then left about 2 yards of debris (chunks of asphalt, rocks, dirt, tree debris, etc.) off to the side of the driveway and have refused to clean it up despite repeated requests. I'm pleased with the driveway resurfacing but I will not be going back to Blacktop NW for any future work based on their lack of customer care.

If you were not happy with the job then why did you pay for it? We asked you if you would like us to remove more of the "debris" that you are referencing before we paved and you said no, (even though it would have taken us less than 5 minutes to remove it before we paved it) you were going to let the ivy grow back over that area. When you saw how nice the driveway looked you decided you were going to landscape that area. Once you decided to remove this debris and realized how hard it would be, you tried to black-male me into doing something for nothing. I have pictures of this whole process and will provide them to anyone who would like to see this area DR. L is talking about. Michael sent me emails after the driveway was paved and he paid for it requesting I send a crew out to remove this "debris" for free. Thumbtack has a policy that they do not remove bad reviews (unless they are about thumbtack) ever from their site and was doing battle with them about it for a while. Finally I decided to write this rebuttal once I was no longer angry. I can provide emails to anybody who wants to see them.

I hired blacktop nw to remove some concrete steps. They were able to schedule the job within a couple days of being hired. They did great work, completed the job within a couple hours, cleaned up after, and were fairly priced! Thanks!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when a customer contacts us. We set up a time to meet at the project, We then talk with the customer about what their expectations and wishes are for their project. When we know exactly what the customer wants we will then measure the project and either do the verbal bid there and follow up with a written bid or even start the project right then and there if the customer wishes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in the industry for over 20 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Summer time work in high school and then it turned into full-time work after high school, from, seal coating to paving to managing a crew to estimating moving up through the ranks eventually starting my own business.
