Dan came out on very short notice to give an estimate on extending my drainage system away from my house. He was able to give me a rough estimate that day and came out to start the work the following Monday. Him and a helper worked fast and everything looked great at the end of the job. Will definitely use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This depends on the type of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time for me to meet you on the property and we will walk the project area and discuss the visions and goals of the work. I will take pictures and measurements and return with a proposal within one week. We will then go over the proposal, make any needed changes, and agree on a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly a decade of experience doing hardscape, landscape, and drainage installations in and around Asheville, and personally guarantee all of my work.
