I price according to the circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go in to take the estimate and check for problematic atmospheres that may cause future complications with the integrity of the floors, before we work on, or install them. If the request is to our standards to ensure a quality product that will last for years to come, I will then submit my bid and leave contact information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
