Introduction: I love teaching and solving problems. For my work, I teach media psychology to graduate students (part-time), and I write. I have a PhD, MA, an MSc, and an honors business administration degree. I use creativity and experience to solve any problem you can throw at me; the more complex, the better. My specialties are: -communication (story, writing, videography, resumes, marketing - I've made an award-winning documentary that aired on NBC/Universal), -psychology (persuasion, coaching, speech-writing), -teaching (workshops, lectures, tutoring, English, French, kiteboarding), and -creativity (infographics, design, fun content, and even piano). If you have a complex problem and need a calm, creative, and complete solution, I'm happy to help. If it's a video project I have my own camera, mics, lights, stands, and a mini-production studio where I can do greenscreen and sophisticated editing independently (I do this for my website that gives away free education to families with type 1 diabetes - WelcomeToType1.com). Whatever you need, let me know and I'll be happy to help if I can. (I get a little bored sitting in front of my computer writing all day and I love to meet people by helping them out with their problems.)

It depends on the job and the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll have a chat and see what's needed, then we'll create a contract in plain English (with deliverables if necessary). I'll check in regularly with updates and to ensure that the job is going to be completed as needed.
