FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I determine value-based fees specific to each project. A value-based fee is based off the value provided to the client, rather than a fixed hourly rate. I typically establish a weekly or monthly retainer, depending on the length and scope of the project, which ranges anywhere from $500-$7500/month. For small projects, I can offer a contract price based off the complexity and scope. My service is very transparent, therefore, you will have a good understanding of the costs and timeline before I commence with any work. It is not my goal to create job security with your project. I understand that as a good consultant, I should quickly work myself out of a job by addressing root problems and providing accurate and effective advice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically offer an initial free consultation, where you will have the opportunity to describe your specific needs. I will subsequently ask questions to determine if I am the right fit, and to offer a general timeline necessary to effectively address the need. Due to the diversity of my offering, the process will be dependent on your specific needs. I don't use template solutions, or work under a franchise offering. My advice is based off my education and experience, therefore, you can rest assured the solution is tailored specifically for you, and I will ensure you know how to implement the solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have posted pictures of my diplomas to portray my extensive knowledge in business. I have been in entrepreneurial/management/leadership positions since I was a kid, and have worked across most industries.
