In response to Marie, I think there bas been a misunderstanding. I never said I was canceling. I wrote her Saturday, Jan 2 at 7:48PM because she had not called me back (after leaving messages on her voice mail) to confirm a specific time for me to come by this morning and do the cleaning. In my message I asked if she had perhaps found someone else to do the cleaning or if Sunday was no longer a good day for her because no time had been established. I could not proceed until I heard back from her.

Actually from the moment I arrived at 12 on a Sunday they were rushing me.I had cleaned all the bathrms,even steam cleaned the brick floors with there sheading dog running around the house,they came an hour later,Iike I should have been done??,I told them it would take about 4 hours,cleaned her refrig out,vacuamed twice,dogs was so inbedded in rugs and carpet,I used my vacuam and hers.polished wood flooring,dusted,was in the kitchen trying to finish 31/2 hours later,they came home,being the third time!!! They basically werent ready to have any body spend time there cleaning.She said she didnt know what to expect when U asked if she ever had her home cleaned?? which was never!! Yes I left the breakfast they had cooked on the stove.??? But the stove was cleaned!! Just didnt through there food out. Im appalled that people couldnt understand they cleaning takes time,and that dog hair is so hard to get,especially when the dog is running around sheading as your vacuaming!!! Bssides all the currains being drawn in this home and opening everything up,final saw all this that hair,that told me she kept up???
