- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standards and pricing systems for my services. 1- no last minute jobs, because I have schedule and 33 regular clients. 2 - If the request it is from another city they must consider extras for expenses. 3 price wise I have 25 years of experience I don't take jobs that will not impressed my clients if I think the money offered is not enough.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them is the first step and and show what I am capable is second, I only have successful history, so I must be good in what I do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a chef with 30 years of experience in French cuisine, Italian and Brazilian graduated in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, I also wrote a book in Portuguese and working in my next book in English.
