We have excellent pricing for the value of our service and quality of our food.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to know what types of food would you like prepared - any allergies any dietary restrictions? Because all of our food is custom made from scratch for each order CHEF'S can customize to make vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and sometimes dairy free, not free and other accommodations as the client requires.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We consistently work with local food sources, stay on top of trends and our test kitchen is always creating.
Our huge commissary kitchen used to be a big Italian restaurant. We are food inspected and licensed in Montgomery County. We have an A+ rating for clean kitchen and environment. We follow food safety and have inspections 2x a year.
We take our client requests seriously to better improve our services. Our executive chef and sous chef are constantly producing top quality entrees. We run monthly specials starting at $10!

this was a love of food, customer service and family...... you'll see it in our food- our attention to detail - our respect for our clients when you try it!

We have worked with fortune 500 companies as well as local families ....we have worked with nonprofits, starting businesses, grand reopenings, family, friends, friends of our doctors offices, REFERRALS.... The list goes on and on.
Because we work mainly by word-of-mouth, we receive high recommendations - whether it is from repeat business from one company, a family friend, anyone that had a chance to try our food....we usually receive recommendations from!

Holiday party for 350+ guests light bites, tapas and passed hors d'oeuvres center city Philadelphia. Full service - linens rentals - attendants & chef on premises. Evening 6 hours 1 smash hit!
DNC WELCOME PARTY FOR DELEGATES PHILADELPHIA!
Over 2500 VIPs and delegates came to kick off the DNC at the Kimmel center this summer. CSC was proud to collaborate with local event planners to make it a SMASH HIT!
We had extraordinary results and excited clients for a recent 400 person catered lunch for a corporate open house in South Jersey. Folks came from all around the world. It was a smash hit!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
look at the family owned companies not the franchises... look at the FRESH quality food (not frozen?) and setups like on YELP (200 photos of our work and testimonials)
Look at the community commitment of that company... do they give back in events and volunteering?
and we are still serving the USA today as a military / veteran owned company!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Make sure you are getting the QUALITY you think you are. NOT ALL caterers are created equal. Ask if frozen or preprepared overprocessed product is used. We use fresh ingredients and support local farms.
