Introduction: I would describe Charles Billups Media as a company of Creative Directors of Photographic Design. We never just take pictures, we capture art and create art as well. There is absolutely no limit to what we provide. We do many different forms of photography. Our Green Screen system is one of our most popular products for event photography! We can produce a photograph from green screen and add wild and off the wall backgrounds, or we can make things appear as if the background is a real natural scene that you are in. We print pictures and put them in folders for our customers at events! We also can provide an online gallery for customers to access if they would like to purchase additional prints and products. We don't stop at Event Photography! Our Modeling and Professional Headshot Photography services are second to none! We also use our green screen technology when doing headshots because it offers so much flexibility when it comes to choosing the right colors and textures for your headshots! We offer an array of lighting techniques that provide you with the best look possible! If you can dream of it, we can create it! We love every aspect of what we do. There's something special about having the ability to freeze a beautiful moment in time and making it available to relive with every glance. I can't begin to describe the rewarding feeling I get when I see the joy that I am able to bring to others when they receive the finished product. It's simply amazing!

I was stumped trying to find a photographer for my birthday bash. Until a coworker told me about her photographer. She bragged about how he was the best and no one else would ever do pictures again for her. I called him and immediately he picked up the phone. His quote was reasonable priced (the best one I heard so far ) and he had clear details about all his procedures. The day came and he was on time, fully set up with all his equipment . He captured every moment of my party . And was polite to all my guest. Pictures came back and they were absolutely BREATHTAKING! I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a photographer . And I will make sure that at any of my next events , that he does all the photography . Great Prices , Great Pictures, and Great Attitude !!

When it comes to photography, Charles Billups is like Michael Jordan with a camera. He can either Lay Up the green screen and take you wherever your mind desires. Or he can deliver Slammin' photos with his Finger Roll Snap Shot! Personally I feel like he is one of the greats!

My name is Chris and I am the director of a small, non-profit called Youth Poverty Project. We contacted Charles to photograph our first board meeting. He responded very quickly, was thorough in his responses, and on the day of the actual meeting, he showed up a full hour and a half early. Throughout the meeting, we hardly noticed him in the background and his camera was not disruptive at all. The raw photos alone turned out great, but he even went a step further to edit them as well. Charles was very friendly, easy to work with, and extremely affordable -- which we appreciated a lot as a startup company with limited funds. We would definitely recommend his services and look forward to working with him again in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system because there are so many variables involved in photography. I do my best to give my clients a fair price for the work they need. I will say I am a lot more cost efficient that a lot of my competitors, but I deliver a product that is second to none.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I have an introductory conversation over the phone wIth my customers. This gives them the opportunity to become familiar with me and we can discuss the planning in more detail. 2. I schedule at time to do a walk through of the location where the shoot will take place. This gives me the advantage of pre-planning which allows the shoot to go smoothly by cutting out unnecessary guess work. If situations does not permit scheduling a walk through days in advance, I like to arrive 30 minutes to an hour early to accomplish the survey. 3. Prior to the shoot, I supply my customers with an electronic or paper copy of an invoice which specifically spells out in detail the services and products I am to render to the customer in exchange for the agreed amount to be paid. 4. I arrive slightly ahead of schedule, set up my gear and follow through with the shoot. I then leave my customers with a business card that has an access code made exclusively for my customers. This enables them to view, download, and even purchase prints from my website.
