- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I maintain current certification in Sanitation & Safety, subscribe to several professional culinarian magazines, as well as maintain credentials as a certified culinarian. I attend several food shows each year, and travel to new start up restaurants that are emerging in my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love food! I used my passion for food, with my business knowledge and creativity, to create a career I am passionate about!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I offer buffet style catering for large groups and weddings, plated dinners for small group (less then 20), and private cooking lessons.
