What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just depends on the situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask what there price range is and try to figure out the best way to make it work so the customer is as satisfied as I am with the price. Most times I will have the customers pay for the product so the can save money. Also I will ask the customers if they would like to pay my for just the work or some times I will work just by the hour what ever comes out cheaper for the customer. I work 24/7 day or night and I am e www day for any elegance small or big at any time. I also like giving new customers a discount on the first job . I will beat any ones price guaranteed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college in utah for construction and heavy equipment. I was raised on a farm so I had to always figure out how to solve any problem the best way possible.
