Great experience ! Called in,received a return call same day. Made appt. to come and pick up rug. Rug picked up on schedule and delivered back in a few days and it looks like new again. marie nugent

Let me just say, I have used many carpet cleaners over the years to clean my home carpets and NONE have ever performed and completed a job like Cody & his crew.
The job I presented to Cody was daunting. I had moved away from my home 3 years ago and basically just shut the door when I left. Every piece of dirt & stain was left untouched for 3 years. I am currently renovating the home to reoccupy here in the next month and we had decided that the carpet had to go because of the condition it was in. Well, all I can say is thank goodness for Cody & Steam Commander. Cody came in and not only cleaned my carpets & tile, but he has made them like new again.
Other carpet cleaners would have been in and out in an hour. Not Cody!! He & Vance took their time and did an outstanding job. They have literally saved me thousands in carpet or tile replacement cost.
Steam Commander will be coming back to perform routine cleanings, you can count on that. If you have carpets or tile that need or should be cleaned, call them, go through Thumb Tack, or whatever other way you have to, but have them do your next job.

I was super impressed with Steam Commanders work and professionalism! They were on time, courteous and proficient. I thought that the carpet would need to be replaced but they proved me wrong!!! If you are ever in need of having carpets cleaned you cant go wrong with Steam Commander!!!

They were very nice, professional, on-time and efficient. They cleaned and stretched our carpet, even though there are some spots couldn't be removed completely, but overall we are very satisfied with the results. Highly recommend!
