If I could give Zero star I would. I was disappointed with my cleaning, however my expectations were based on my conversation with the person who came to cleaned my house. I was anticipating an initial floor to ceiling deep cleaning. Based on our initial meeting I expected but did not receive the following services: no cobwebs cleaned from walls or ceilings in any room; nice job on making the beds, shower fixtures not cleaned; inside or outside refrigerator not cleaned; dining room floor not cleaned; kitchen floor not cleaned; living room, family room not cleaned nor the floors no light fixtures dusted or cleaned in any room. Wall unit not wiped; kitchen counter top not cleaned and tables not cleaned. First and last time with Do cleaning. Horrible service, the girl not too pleasant at all. Don't used them. Ken!!

Good evening Ken, thank you for your time in submitting this testimonial, we do everything we can to rectify any issues with our service that may have reared (within 24 hours of servicing), however, due to the sexually harassing nature experienced during the deep cleaning service we attempted to do at your residence, it was deemed necessary to safely leave your premises. As mentioned earlier we will complete the work at no additional expense outside of the original agreed upon quote and will send a male technician to hopefully be given the respect and room to do the job without further incidence or harassment from you. Please review your quote and note the deep cleaning and windows were what you requested. Deep cleaning does not include walls, attics, garages, ceilings, carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, laundry, dishwasher cleaning, painting, deodorizing, or organizing the entire residence, these services are additional charges with the exception of painting which we are not insured for.
Please let us know if you are available Monday, Tuesday, or Friday of next week so we can send our technician to your house.

Absolutely phenomenal, I am really thrilled with how great of a job Sally did! So sweet, punctual, and thorough! I can honestly say I am beyond satisfied!
