- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price is $30 an hour for general services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer or client call me with their computer problem I will spend some time on the phone trying to asses the situation before I even go to provide the service. The more info I have about the problem the less time I would need to fix the problem which saves them money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with computers for 20+ years. While in the military I also was in charge of all of the computers in my office to ensure they worked at peek performance. I have had thousands of hours keeping my household electronic devices which has more than 20 computers, 4 smart phones (Iphone & Android), 6 tablets (Iphone & Android), chrome-cast & apple tv. So I am well trained in various types of devices.
