- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee is 6% of the sales price. This is paid by the seller, so a buyer will not be responsible for our payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When listing a property we first schedule a preliminary listing appointment. At this appointment we get to know our clients and the property. We also familiarize them with our pre-market checklist, a list designed to help them get their home in tip-top showing condition for a fast sale! This is also our opportunity to begin the comparative market analysis process that will help us price the property competitively.

All of our agents our licensed REALTORS in the state of Missouri and member of the National Association of Realtors.
