Introduction: I have an abundance of knowledge and experience in the home marketing process. Ranging from practical marketing concepts learned as part of earning my marketing degree to marketing listings for all of our agents at Coming Home Real Estate through social media and print advertising. You will notice when you view our competitors' company social media pages that they are advertising their business... not the homes! It's important to me that my customers come first, and selling their home is my top priority! I also enjoy working with buyers, especially first time home buyers. It is a huge decision and there are a lot of elements that need to be considered when making that leap! It's important to me that my clients have all of the information and a clear idea of how the process will go, from start to finish! THE PEOPLE! Hands down! Buying or selling your home is exciting and I love being able to make the process as smooth as possible. I love when I hear a client say "this was almost too easy!" That means I did my job! I want my clients to feel at ease and knowledgeable about the process but there are a lot of details that I can certainly handle for them!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our fee is 6% of the sales price. This is paid by the seller, so a buyer will not be responsible for our payment.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When listing a property we first schedule a preliminary listing appointment. At this appointment we get to know our clients and the property. We also familiarize them with our pre-market checklist, a list designed to help them get their home in tip-top showing condition for a fast sale! This is also our opportunity to begin the comparative market analysis process that will help us price the property competitively.

    All of our agents our licensed REALTORS in the state of Missouri and member of the National Association of Realtors.
