Our kitchen is one of the cleanest and organized in Sonoma and Marin Counties.
The health department urged us to get a license that that was approved for restaurant status because of how clean our kitchen is.
I was a tenant in a few different kitchens for years until we were able to get into our own. I always felt that cooking out of my own home would have been more sanitary. It feels great to manufacture our high-quality products in a clean space.

Natasha no longer own the kitchen anymore 2 months ago now is chaos very crowded no time if you need to work short hours. I am very disappointed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A lot of commercial kitchens are not clean. Make sure you check out the cleanliness of the bathroom (i.e. availability of soap and towels) as well as the storage areas, corners of kitchen and equipment. Check with the local county health department to see what their history with the kitchen you are looking at is like.
Another important thing to consider is who you will be sharing this space with. Are the other tenants kind, clean, happy with the management. You may need to share the kitchen with these people and you want to make sure that your time in the kitchen is going to be efficient and productive.
