Introduction: I am proficient in enterprise servers, laptops and desktops, doing hardware and software projects. I enjoy applying my Windows, Mac and Linux experience in working directly with customers to isolate and fix problems as they happen. I have worked in schools before and enjoy providing the one-on-one custom support to fix people's technical problems. Technology is more than just resolving the issue at hand, and it's just as important to build relationships with people and make sure that they are getting the most out of the software and hardware systems that they have. My goal is to make people smile and feel comfortable that they are getting a reliable solution to their technical needs.
