My computer was acting strangely and I could not get connected to the Internet. I have 6 other devices connected with no problems so I knew there was a serious issue. I called Geekatoo and they sent Jared to straighten out my problem. He spent about 6 hours on Saturday straightening out the problem which he eventually identified as multiple viruses. He downloaded Malware Bytes and told me the worst he'd ever personally seen it was 20 bad files. Well, my computer had 971! After he left my computer was running OK, but, I made a huge mistake and hit System Restore instead of "Create Restore Point." He had to come back Sunday and do it all over again. The guy is a PRINCE! Happy to report all is well. I HIGHLY recommend Jared to anyone living in the RTP area.
