Required welding of six 1/8" thick aluminum arms onto thin wall (.050"-.060") aluminum tubing for an assembly going into an experimental aircraft. Previous attempts by other welders were all failures. Cook's Fabrication took the time to analyze the unusual requirements needed to successfully weld the parts, and did a beautiful job at the first attempt, and at a reasonable price. I'm now recommending Cook's Fabrication to all my aviation friends. Joe

I hired William to repair the metal legs on a dining room chair. The work is outstanding!!! William contacted me within an hour after my Thumbtack request. I have an old propane BBQ grill that needed a new lava rock grate of irregular size that was not available online. I searched for Tucson welders online and found welders/fabricaters on Thumbtack, where I made a job request. William Cook was the only one responding to me. I contacted him, we got together, I showed him my old grate, he said he could get the materials and make a better grate to the same specifications, we agreed on a price and he made it as he said he would. It's working great (pun intended)!I highly recommend William Cook for welding/fabrication work.

My project was smaller than most would have taken but William not only took the job, he did some of the best work I have seen and as a former plant superintendent for a fabrication company with more than 20 welders working at all times, I do recognize a good job.
