- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We immediately let Customers know that we will go that extra mile for them to resolve their HVAC needs.With any large investment, customers will likely ask a lot of questions about our products and services. We are ready to answer, as we serve as not only their contractor, but likely their educator on all things HVAC. We let our new customers know that a large majority of our loyal customer base, throughout our 26 years in business, has been through word of mouth and great references.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Michael got his start in the HVAC business when he joined the Navy. The first thing they did was give him an aptitude and ability test to determine the kinds of tasks at which he was best. From there, his love of fixing things, and his desire to own his own business developed into the great company that Cool Works is today. He enjoys meeting new people and takes great satisfaction in resolving customer issues.
