This was 3 years ago so no idea what she is like now. A lot can change or improve in 3 years so please don’t automatically reject her estimate because I literally have no idea how she is now. But 3 years ago she needed a huge improvement. I needed my 2,400 sf home deep cleaned for MLS pictures and showings. Everything was cleaned halfway or not at all after hours and hours leaving me in a terrible bind and almost ruined the listing date. I had to pay her then turn around and pay a big name cleaning company to complete the job. I assume she had just started cleaning homes or only had experience cleaning smaller/cheaper/older homes. She was way over her head with my house. She was sweet and friendly and very professional though. I would have hired her again had the job been finished.
