- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for 1 hour training sessions. Payment details are discussed with each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new client for personal training, I have them fill out 2 simple forms that give me information about their current health and identifies potential health risks that they may have. I also do a short fitness assessment, which involves a few exercise tests, so that the client and I can recognize their current fitness level and then design a program that will help them achieve their goals in the most safe and effective way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Exercise Science while in college and I am also a certified personal trainer through ACTION Personal Training. I also have many years of personal experience from being a collegiate athlete.
