- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job has different variables and conditions (travel time is one of them, extremely rocky soil is another, weather, number of workers available, ease of access to work area, skill level of job to be performed, etc.) which makes a standard unpractical.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them at the property before I begin working, but even before that I appreciate emails, texts, and phone conversations so they we both understand what is expected as the outcome of the service. The more details we can work out before any work is started the better (for instance... when is payment due and how will that occur ?).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree in Organizational Management
