FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To a point, yes I do, however there are many different circumstances that cause pricing to go up or down. Pricing is generally by the sq foot or lineal foot. Because of the many variances that go into putting a project together, meeting with potential customers is always best - this way, listening to what you want helps choose the direction in which you may want to go with your ideas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal introduction is always best and then I like to follow up with a complete inspection of my clients project. Asking lots of questions, and listening to my clients ideas; then share my ideas so that together, we can come up with an agreeable plan of attack. We always put everything in writing and review together to prevent any misunderstandings. After that we just need to set a date and then build the most fabulous looking structure for you & your family. We do not leave till our customer is happy and we guarantee our workmanship for a full year. After the job is completed our phones are always open!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had on the job training since the age of 15. I've been a lead man or supervisor, along with opening my own business, for the last 20+ years; I have led major builds in some of the areas of very prestigious homes and subdivisions such as West Haven, Carlisle, Anondale, and a great deal of East Nashville to name a few. My work has been displayed in the Parade of Gardens, Parade of Homes, Saint Jude homes and the Nashville scene.
