- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$65.00 an hour (2 hour minimum). For setup $45.00 an hour (remotely) for bookkeeping and catch up. I offer help long after our initial paid meeting. I really want to help people use it in the best way for them. Hearing someone who was hesitant to manage their finances and then feel empowered makes it all worth it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can have a phone consultation or meet in person. I will listen to your objectives and offer suggestions on the right type of setup to eliminate data entry as much as possible. Each business is different so there are no two set ups exactly alike. We personalize for you and the way you need to use it. Some of the best suggestions for setup came from the people I teach to use it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 40 years of AR/AP experience, I started in job costing working for multi-family luxury construction builder, I have worked in every type of industry doing accounting, certified now in quickbooks I have utilized much larger accounting systems so I understand how things work and how they should work. QuickBooks is easy to use (entering transactions) but set up is something the average person should not tackle.
