- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to have an initial conversation to discuss specifics regarding the event. Things like: What type of audio/visual equipment is available? What space will be used? Then I will draft a contract/summary of the client's expectations, how they will be carried out and payment. I like, if it is possible, next to do a walk through test of sound the day before or even earlier the day of so we are sure there are no hiccups. Then: Showtime!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a four year degree in Communications. I am a member of Atlanta City Toastmasters where I am continually honing this craft.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm actually following in my father's footsteps. He was a motivational speaker, published author, and advocate for education.
