- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system for my services offered through Thumbtack. I normally like to get more information from the potential client before giving them a quote. This helps me determine exactly what tasks are involved, allowing me to give an appropriate price for each individual quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I first like to get as much information as possible about their project, so I can fully understand their expectations and provide them with best service possible! Once I have developed a plan of action, I inform my client of the next steps I will take to implement the plan. I always like to keep an open line of communication with my client, so we both know what is going on at any given time. I give them several ways to keep in contact with me, and encourage all feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 26 years experience in the administrative field, and have done just about every type of administrative work imaginable! I am very organized, and have found that this enables me to accomplish more, in a shorter period of time. My love of organization has spilled over into my personal life and the lives of those around me, revealing my natural ability to help others organize their work, businesses, and personal spaces.
