Working with Karen to design my wedding cake was a pleasure from the very beginning. She was very receptive to my ideas and the results were more than I expected! We had a 4-tiered cake with vanilla frosting and three different flavors: chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse, white chocolate cake with a raspberry filling, and lemon cake with raspberry filling. The ribbons and sugar-flower decorations perfectly matched the theme of my wedding. I couldn't choose a favorite flavor as they were all delicious; moist cake, fluffy filling, and more than just your average, store-bought sugary frosting. Many of our guests went back for seconds! Even a year later, when my husband and I had the frozen cake topper for our anniversary, we ate most of it as it still tasted great. Karen took care of the entire process and I was never afraid of any disaster, such as the cake not arriving on time. The design was beautiful and professional! In addition, I am a fan of her other baked goods as well, which she sells on a regular basis from her stand at the Orange County Market Place. Hard to choose a favorite cookie! I love the creativity and variety, such as the inventive trail mix cookie, and the special designs of her holiday treats. This woman makes the most amazing cookies! But she is far more than cookies. GG's Desserts made our wedding cake/cupcakes. It was amazingly beautiful without losing any taste quality. I told her what I wanted and she execeded my expectations.

My daughter & I went to the OC Swap meet & smelt these delicious cookies!!!! She gave us a sample & my favorite is the oatmeal cranberry Apple so good!!!! She is the sweetest person, I will be ordering more!!! Love GGs Desserts❤️❤️❤️👍🏼

I won 1st place in my category at the Pillsbury Bake Off 1982 when I was 16. It was validation that I really could cook and create.
