FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard labor rate is $45 per hour. Additional labor for additional employees ranges between 25-35 depending on the skill set needed to complete a project. I am very flexible and like to know my customers are getting what they want at a fair price. I regularly check with my competitors to ensure my prices reflect current market value, however I always look for ways to save my customers money by discussing all options available. Many of my customers have complemented me on my ability to customize their projects to suite both their style and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet my customers at least twice before accepting a job. I feel this gives the customer and myself a good opportunity to get to know each other professionally and allows time for my customers to ask questions they may forget during the initial meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a superintendent and project manager of numerous commercial and residential construction sites. I have been responsible for handling millions of dollars worth of material and ideas. I have completed continuous education classes in construction, business management and safety. I have over 15 years of experience and actual hands on labor.
