Mr Giddings was referred to me by a friend of mine. I live in a townhouse that had popcorn ceilings I was never pleased about. Mr Giddings was the only contractor who came in with the confidence to tackle the job. Very professional, personable, and clean.

Overall poor experience with this painter, whom I had to fire because he kept failing to keep his word. Such a shame, because, as a person, I actually like him. This job began bad from the word, go! Mr. Giddings did not show until after 5PM on day 1 (his hired help quit after the first day) and then for most of the rest of the job attempted to paint at night. Due to to the low lighting conditions, the job was poorly done and had to have many touch-ups. Mr. Giddings began with using the Sherwin-Willams paint we agreed on, but somewhere during the process switched to Rodda paint which did not match. Now the paint is so confused, I will likely never be able to match it and will have to do the entire job over. Mr. Giddings agreed to complete the job but on four occasions of making an appointment to meet him at the house, he failed to show and failed to contact me. When I tried to contact him, he would not respond. When I did get hold of him, he would just make another promise and then break it again. The job was supposed to take a week and after 10 weeks, I had to fire him. I had to put my carpet and floor installations on hold until I just couldn't hold them off anymore or be charged storage fees. Worst experience I have ever had.
