I LOVED meeting and discussing the wedding reception. As it stands right now, we have 80% of the June menu on our "oh my gosh we have to have it list" so many delicious choices and it's been so cool being able to tell people it's local and supporting our community while enjoying some of the most creative and delicious food. Our event still 8 months away, but I cannot say how excited I am to use Greenbluff Fresh Catering! Sabrina reached out to me here on Thumbtack, and she is so awesome! We have met twice now and I was so impressed with how much she also cared about our wedding and the little things like the theme of our wedding and how we can tie in the food. She is super responsive every time I had a question too. Overall I highly recommend! The food we sampled (Sabrina goes all out to make sure you get a little taste of everything they have to offer that peaks your interest :) was amazing too! You can definitely tell the difference between store bought and farm fresh with their food. I will update my review after event!

We decided to use Greenbluff Fresh Catering company after we met with the owner just once. After that we had a taste testing to help us pick out what we wanted to have catered. Everything was delicious and we were happy with our decision.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a husband and wife team with over 20 years combined experience in the world of catering, banquets, event coordinating, and food trucking.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as an event coordinator with a love for food. My husband worked many years in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on events. We realized with our experience we could start a food truck, which we did in 2012 called, The Jamaican Jerk Pan. We quickly realized Greenbluff Fresh Catering allowed us to cook on-site for weddings and corporate events while also supporting our local community of Greenbluff.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with the Spokane Indians and Boise Hawks baseball teams, CHAS Health, Spokane Parks and Recreation, the Greater Spokane Food Truck Association, Fairchild Airforce Base, Comcast, and a countless number of happy couples.
