- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a husband and wife team with over 20 years combined experience in the world of catering, banquets, event coordinating, and food trucking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as an event coordinator with a love for food. My husband worked many years in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on events. We realized with our experience we could start a food truck, which we did in 2012 called, The Jamaican Jerk Pan. We quickly realized Greenbluff Fresh Catering allowed us to cook on-site for weddings and corporate events while also supporting our local community of Greenbluff.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with the Spokane Indians and Boise Hawks baseball teams, CHAS Health, Spokane Parks and Recreation, the Greater Spokane Food Truck Association, Fairchild Airforce Base, Comcast, and a countless number of happy couples.
