- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, I charge a different base rates depending on the difficulty level of the task, vs. time it will take for completion of project. Depending on the project I will charge by sqft, lf, time & difficulty, or set rates for other type projects (for example; basic ceiling fan is $85 per fan).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to talk to my customer via phone to help get a good idea of what it is I can do for them. Next, we arrange a time to meet so that I can see the project, then it's off to getting whatever supplies that are needed and working at the task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years experience in rough and finish carpentry and handyman related jobs, which began in college, where I took Construction Remodeling and earned a level one and level two certification through the NCCER.
