I contacted Harpoon Pest solutions base off of their reviews and the free inspection. My technician was Quincy J. Mr. Quincy came out and inspected my home for bed bugs. It was discovered that I did have bed bugs in my home. This has been a stressful experience for my family but Quincy has made it a lot easier to bear. His customer service is outstanding he has always been available for all my questions and concerns. I just received my first treatment and the day after I had some concerns, Quincy immediately came back out to my home to inspect. So far I am extremely impressed with my pest control services. If you want empathy, knowledge and great customer service chose Harpoon pest solutions.

Thank you for referring Harpoon Pest Solutions. Quincy met with me Saturday and did a thorough investigation on the issues with my bed bugs and other pests. We scheduled for the following Wednesday for the full extermination and follow up appts.

Quincy and Austin did an awesome and thorough job for my pest issue. They told me where the "hotspot" in the house was and took much care in treating that area and all the other areas (seen and unseen) as well to ensure a complete job. Quincy also gave me a summary of everything that was done so I wouldn't be surprised with anything extra like some of those big companies try to do. All of my questions/concerns were addressed no matter how silly I thought they were and I even learned a few new things. I'm quite hopeful that the followup visit will only confirm that a thorough job was done. Thanks guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for our services. There are also price ranges for various treatments. Price all depends on what category the pest problem falls into. For example ants,mice and cockroaches are considered general pest services. Bed bugs,termites and bee hive removal would be viewed as specialty services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What we like to do in order to better serve our customers is schedule a inspection first. Free inspections allow us to gather information and plan the best method in moving forward for each individual customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education includes the AIB ( American Institute of Baking) certification , Commercial Pesticide Applicators Certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture- Health & Safety Division and over 15 years experience working for three of the largest national pest management firms in the U.S.
