The ducts in my mom's home needed to be replaced as they were very old, and couldn't be cleaned effectively. Mike came out, reviewed the work and brought a crew to quickly rectify the situation. In the course of work, Mike and his crew uncovered that many of the smaller ducts (which we thought were fine) were actually giving way and deteriorating due to age and composition. Mike handled the situation professionally, gave me all the option of how to proceed. In the end, he fixed all duct problems, gave me a very fair price and worked many long hours to get the work completed.
