- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish timeframe, understand need & wants, work with lender after pre-approval, view favorite properties, negotiate offer, coordinate all contract to closing items with lenders, inspectors, surveyors, attorney, etc.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up with family in the business and pursued an engineering career to start. I always knew real estate would be in my future. Over a decade ago, I obtained my license in North Carolina and work in boutique firms. Loving the feel, I opened High Caliber Realtors in 2014 in the Lake Norman area, specializing in Cornelius & Davidson property sales.
